Eligibility for Return
You may request a return if:

  • The item was received in damaged condition
  • You received the wrong product
  • The item has a manufacturing defect

Requests must be made within 1-3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Request a Return

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method — in this case, applicable only to Cash on Delivery transactions.

Exceptions
Returns will not be accepted for items that are:

  • Used or damaged after delivery
  • Returned without original packaging
  • Requested beyond the 1-3 day return window
